Security of cooperation with our Customers is the basic motto for our office. We are fully aware of civil and penal liability in fiscal matters which we are burdened with over the period of 5 – and in practice 6 – calendar years.

Based on our experience and bearing in mind the mutual benefit and the comfort of Customer service, our office:

• signs tax declarations on behalf of the Taxpayer,
• submits the declarations and writs to tax offices, social security institution (ZUS) and other authorities electronically or by mail (registered letter always with the proof of receipt),,
• makes copies of the entire correspondence to authorities and Customers,
• implements own computer system, aimed at secure and accurate entering of data - System-VETO,
• conducts an advanced process for keeping safety copies of data stored electronically on own and external servers.

Below I present the history of liability insurance held by tax advisor.

The policies from HDI Gerling are taken out with the underwriter based on the General Conditions concluded by the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.

At the same time I am pleased to inform, that to this day we have not used liability insurance.
