Under our price policy we set with our Customer one final price for the service irrespective of the number of documents or other changeable factors. For the correct assessment of the value of our service a few basic aspects of enterprise’s activity must be taken into consideration.

Below I present the main factors I take into account when estimating the price. As at the moment of establishing cooperation not everything is absolutely clear, in the Agreement for Keeping the Accounts of Enterprise on Behalf of Taxpayer I reserve the right to renegotiate the primarily established price in the period of 3 months from the date of the agreement.

For services related to keeping simplified accounts, e. g. book of revenues and costs, VAT registers:

  • line of business (number of VAT rates for purchases and sales, tax specificity of the business line)
  • average number of documents in a month
  • number of employees (insured persons)
  • quality and timeliness of handing in the accounting documents

For trade books (full accountancy):

  • line of business (number of VAT rates for purchases and sales, tax specificity of the business line or entity e.g. foundations, housing communities)
  • average number of documents in a month
  • number of entity’s bank accounts
  • number of cash reports held
  • number of employees (insured persons)
  • Customer’s requirements regarding details of keeping the accounting books
  • quality and timeliness of handing in the accounting documents

In case of substantial change in the Customer’s organization there is a possibility of amending the service price with a 2-month notice period from informing the Customer about the proposed price amendment.

Our practice to date proves mutual price setting with the Customer highly effective.
